Dr Eunsoo Baek, Assistant Professor of ITC, recently was nominated to receive the 2019 Emerald Literati Awards (Highly Commended) for a paper titled “Managing the visual environment of a fashion store: effects of visual complexity and order on sensation-seeking consumers” that was published in the International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management.
